Online Concierge Customer Service - The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with development and management of all leads, including all leads contained in Top Builder, the Customer Relations Management (CRM) used by Noble's Pond staff; chat leads; incoming leads from various internet sources included in NP's marketing plan; magazine and Expo leads; on:site event and open house leads; as well as walk:ins and be:backs. The overall goal of this position, working with the leads, is to set appointments for the sales staff matching their Outlook calendars with the customers' preferences for visits. This position provides exceptional Customer Service to all internal and external customers.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
1+ years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity required.
Some experience with multiline telephones and personal computers.
Familiarity/competency with contact management database system (preferably Top Builder).
Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and initiate/set up ongoing customer communication campaign
The customer service representative will provide information to customers in response to inquiries about new homes and amenities.
